◆ Measurement principle
The field temperature transmitter converts signals from sensors (resistance temperature detectors or ther mocouples) into standard 4-20 mA signals through its electronic unit, typically employing a two-wire power sup ply for convenience and efficiency. Its menu allows users to freely configure the transmitter output range and ot her parameters to meet diverse requirements . Featuring an LCD with backlight display, this transmitter ensure s easy data reading even under poor lighting conditions. In industrial production and other fields, it provides reli able support for accurate temperature measurement. Additionally, it supports the HART protocol, enabling con venient configuration of the sensor through a handheld communicator.
◆ Main characteristics
▶ Temperature measuring elements: various types of thermal resistors and thermocouples;
▶ Two-wire system, 24VDC, 4~20mA;
▶ At temperatures below 500°C, the exposed length of the protective tube increases from 150mm to 250mm;
▶ 500°C~800°C, implement proper insulation measures;
▶ B. Minimize the use of integrated forms for S as much as possible;
▶ Long-distance transmission;
▶ The range can be set (via buttons and operation menu, HART communicator);
▶ LCD display with backlight;
▶ Filter parameters can be set to improve anti-disturbance capability;

◆ Application scenarios
The product can be used in conjunction with unit combination instruments (secondary instruments) and systems such as DCS and PLC. It is widely applied in industries including oilfields, petrochemicals, manufacturing, power, metallurgy, chemical engineering, light industry , transportation, and municipal sectors, with particularly extensive use in chemical plants, fine chemical plants, and pharmaceutical factories.
