    Measurement principle
    The product is based on a combined method of infrared absorption and light scattering: infrared light emitted by the source is scattered by turbidity in the sample, and the resulting signal is converted into an electrical signal by a photodetector. After analog and digital signal processing, the turbidity value of the sample is obtained.

     

    Key Features
    The sensor employs a dual-beam infrared scattering photometric detection technique, offering excellent repeatability and stability.
    The ISO 7027 standard method (infrared light scattering technique) can eliminate the influence of sample color.
    An optional automatic cleaning brush is available, significantly reducing sensor maintenance requirements.
    Calibration: sample calibration, slope calibration;
    The sensor is easy and quick to install on-site, enabling plug-and-play operation.
    Digital sensor with strong anti-interference capability and long transmission range.
    Standard digital signal output enables integration and networking with other devices without a controller.
    Display Instrument: Full‑Chinese LCD display with backlight;
    Display instruments: available in both panel-mount and wall-mount configurations;
    The fully Chinese-language operation menu makes operation straightforward.

     

    Application scenarios
    Applicable to: online turbidity monitoring at intake points of water treatment plants, sedimentation tanks, and other process stages; as well as online turbidity monitoring in wastewater treatment plants and in the water‑use and wastewater‑treatment processes of various industrial operations.
