    • AOLUBX Rotary Vortex Flowmeter

    Measurement Principle

    The product's flow profile resembles the contour of a Venturi tube. A set of spiral guide vanes is installed on the inlet side. When the fluid enters the flow sensor, the guide vanes force the fluid to generate intense vortex flow. As the fluid enters the diffusion section, the vortex flow is affected by backflow and begins secondary rotation, forming a gyroscopic vortex precession phenomenon. This frequency is proportional to the flow rate and is not affected by the physical properties or density of the fluid. The detection element measures the secondary rotational precession frequency of the fluid, enabling good linearity over a wide flow range. The signal is amplified, filtered, and shaped by a preamplifier into a pulse signal proportional to the flow velocity, then sent along with temperature and pressure detection signals to a microprocessor for integration processing. Finally, the measurement result is displayed on an LCD screen.

    Application Scenarios

    Suitable for various gas flow measurements in industries such as petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, and urban gas supply. It is the preferred product for oilfield and urban natural gas transmission, distribution, metering, and trade settlement.
