I. Measurement Principle
This product operates based on a combined infrared scattering photometry method: infrared light emitted by the source is scattered by suspended particles within the water, and a photoelectric detector captures the scattered light, converting it into an electrical signal. The signal is then processed through analog circuitry and digital signal‑processing algorithms to yield quantitative measurements of suspended solids and sludge concentrations in the water.

II. Main Features
The sensor employs a dual-beam infrared scattering photometric detection technique, delivering excellent measurement repeatability and stability.
Designed in accordance with the ISO 7027 standard using the infrared light scattering method, it can eliminate the interference of the intrinsic color of water samples on measurement results.
Built-in self-diagnostic functionality ensures the accuracy and reliability of measurement data.
An optional automatic cleaning blade system is available, significantly reducing the daily maintenance workload for the sensor.
On-site installation is simple and quick, supporting plug-and-play functionality.
Digital sensing architecture with strong anti-interference capabilities, enabling stable long-distance signal transmission.
It features a standard digital signal output interface, enabling seamless integration and networking with various devices without the need for a dedicated controller.
The accompanying display instrument is equipped with a backlit, all‑Chinese LCD screen.
The instrument supports both panel-mount and wall-mount installation options.
All‑Chinese operation menu; parameter settings and device commissioning are simple and easy to use.
III. Application Scenarios
It is primarily used for online monitoring of suspended solids and sludge concentration throughout the entire treatment process in wastewater treatment plants; it can also perform real-time, online measurement of suspended solids and sludge concentrations at each stage of industrial water use and industrial wastewater treatment.
