    • AO910 Diffused silicon pressure transmitter
    Measuringprinciple
     The product utilizes the piezoresistive effect of diftused silicon, a specific cystal orientation on monocrystallinesilicon wafers, to measure electrical bridges. By employing laser tuning and computer compensation algorithms, thetemperature characteristics have been significantly improved. The sensor has evolved from an early analog designto a digital one, enhancing the overall stability and reliability of the device.
