    • AO3051DP/GP Single-Crystal Silicon Remote Differential Pressure/Pressure Transmitter

    Measurement principle

    The product utilizes the piezoresistive effect of single-crystal silicon for measurement. It employs an all-welded, integrated oil-filled design, with a single-crystal silicon wafer serving as the elastic element inside. On the surface of this single-crystal silicon diaphragm, a set of equal-value resistors is diffused using integrated circuit fabrication techniques in a specific direction. These resistors are connected in a Wheatstone bridge configuration, and the single-crystal silicon wafer is housed within the sensor cavity. When pressure changes, the single-crystal silicon undergoes strain, causing the strain-sensitive resistors directly diffused on its surface to exhibit a change proportional to the measured pressure. This change is then converted into a corresponding voltage output signal via the bridge circuit. In recent years, with the continuous advancement and maturation of domestic single-crystal silicon sensor technology, these sensors have largely replaced the previously used capacitive sensors in this application field.

    Features PV zeroing function, a rich menu, and the ability to set various parameters.
    Supports the HART communication protocol;
    Stable backlight display makes reading the meter easier;
    Mounting brackets: tubular curved brackets, plate-mounted curved brackets, tubular flat brackets;
    Housing material: Aluminum (standard), stainless steel.

     

    Application scenarios

    Suitable for level measurement in industrial applications such as storage tanks, reactors, intermediate tanks, and other similar environments, this product can be selected based on various operating conditions—including medium temperature, pressure, corrosivity, explosion-proof requirements, safety standards, and measurement range. It can also be used as an online density meter to measure the density of the medium.

    The main structure of the transmitter is the same as that of differential pressure and pressure transmitters, and the general technical parameters refer to the parameter table.

     

    The static pressure of the remote differential pressure transmitter and the working pressure of the remote pressure transmitter also depend on the specifications of the selected flange.

     

    The working temperature of the remote transmission device is determined by the type of filling fluid selected.
