◆ Fundamental Principles
The AOC panel-mounted high-speed data acquisition device can rapidly and accurately collect various thermal process data, such as temperature, pressure, level, flow, analysis, and other related signals. Its function is to acquire multi-channel data signals in real time and convert them into corresponding physical quantity data. It can quickly transmit the acquired data to host devices such as PLCs, DCS, and other control systems via RS485 or wireless signals, thereby achieving low-cost data acquisition.
The AOD thermal inspection meter is a fundamental form of traditional panel-mounted thermal instrumentation. Its core functions include cyclic data detection for multiple thermal measurement points (such as 8, 16, or 24 channels), while also enabling alarm triggering, transmitter output, and communication output. It is particularly suitable for measuring and monitoring auxiliary process parameters like temperature and pressure, as well as slow-changing multi-point parameters.

▶ The role of inspection instr uments:
Capable of performing cyclic detection on multiple thermal measurement points, such as sequentially collecting data from multiple temperature, pressure, and other measurement points in industrial production. It can simultaneously monitor multiple signal channels and promptly detect abnormal changes in the parameters of each measurement point. The inspection instrument can also perform preliminary data processing, such as display and alarm functions.
▶ Alarm extension box:
It addresses the issue of independent alarms for multiple data channels. It features both high and low alarm settings. The combination of multiple channels and dual alarms allows for various operational modes. Due to insufficient terminals on a single instrument, the corresponding channel outputs cannot be achieved. Therefore, alarm data needs to be transmitted to the alarm box via dedicated communication signals, which then triggers individual alarms.
