◆ Fundamental Principles
The panel-mounted flow totalizer is primarily used for processing and accumulating flow data. The prod uct receives pulse signals or analog signals from flow sensors (such as electromagnetic flow meters, vortex flow meters, etc.), converts these signals into corresponding flow values based on preset algorithms, and performs cumulative calculations on the flow. The flow totalizer with temperature and pressure compensation g oes a step further. In addition to receiving flow signals, it also accepts signals from temperature and pressure sensors. Since the volume of a fluid changes with variations in temperature and pressure, the measured flow is compensated using temperature and pressure signals according to the state equation of gases or liqui ds, thereby obtaining more accurate standard volumetric flow or mass flow. The processed data is displayed in real time, used for alarm triggering, control, transmission output, and communication upload, providing precise basis for flow measurement and control in industrial production.
