◆ Scope of application of hot water heat accumulation instrument
Suitable for measuring, displaying, and measuring the heat of hot water in heating pipelines. It is suitable for applications where both the supply and return pipes are equipped with FLOW METERs and temperature sensors, as well as applications where the supply pipe is equipped with flow meters and temperature sensors while the return pipe is only equipped with temperature sensors without flow sensors.
◆ Functional Features
Calculate the enthalpy based on the flow rate and temperature of the supplied hot water, subtract the enthalpy of the return water, and the difference is the heating flow rate. Accumulate the heating flow rate to obtain the cumulative heating amount.
The measurement of supply and return water flow can receive 0-10mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V signals, and the supply water flow can also receive 0-5KHZ pulse frequency signals.
The measurement of supply and return water temperature can accept various thermal resistors, thermocouples, and standard signal inputs, but the specific model must be specified when ordering.
Intelligent design of microcontroller, all parameters can be set by buttons. The four compensation accumulation modes can be switched with a button, which is set and used immediately.
Equipped with instantaneous heating flow of 0-10mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V isolated transmission output.
Can be equipped with isolated communication interfaces such as RS232/RS485.
The cumulative heat supply can reach 11 digits.
