◆ Scope of application of steam heat accumulation instrument
Applicable to the measurement, display, and metering of heating flow in steam heating pipelines.
◆ Functional Features
Calculate the mass flow rate based on the flow rate, pressure, and temperature of the supplied hot steam, and then calculate the heating flow rate based on the enthalpy at that temperature.
Input signal
The steam supply flow can receive voltage pulse frequency signals or current frequency signals of 0-10mA/4-20mA/0-5V/1-5V or 0-5KHZ.
The steam supply pressure can receive 0-10mA/4-20mA/0-5V/1-5V signals.
The steam supply temperature can receive various thermistor, thermocouple or standard signals, but the specific model needs to be specified when ordering.
Intelligent design of microcontroller, all parameters can be set by buttons.
Can provide instantaneous heating flow of 0-10mA/4-20mA/0-5V/1-5V isolated transmission output.
Can be equipped with isolated communication interfaces such as RS232/RS485.
The cumulative heat supply can be calculated in both square and vertical tables with up to 11 digits, and in horizontal tables with up to 13 digits.
6 heat accumulation modes can be set with buttons, ready to use.
