AOOS9000 Polarographic Online Oxygen Content Analyzer

The product utilizes a polarographic-type electrode with an applied polarization voltage of 0.6–0.8V, typically consisting of a cathode made from precious metals such as platinum or gold, and an anode made from silver. When a certain polarographic (polarization) voltage is applied between the cathode and anode, oxygen molecules from the gas permeate through the oxygen-permeable membrane and are reduced at the cathode, generating a diffusion current proportional to the oxygen concentration. The main unit then calculates the oxygen content based on this current.

    Measurement principle

    ◆Application Scenarios
      The product is suitable for measuring oxygen content and providing over-limit alarms in large and medium-sized hyperbaric oxygen chambers in hospitals. It also applies toindustrial and mining enterprises, ship cabins, tunnels, coal mines, chemical equipment containers, gas; internal combustion engine exhaust, thermoelectric devices, smelting,boilers, kilns, environmental protection monitoring, oxygen generators, quality inspection,electrolytic hydrogen equipment, submarines, artificial satellites, civil air defense,aerospace; controlled atmosphere storage of grains, tobacco leaves, fruits, and vegetables, medical ventilators, anesthesia machines, and various other scenarios requiring oxygencontent measurement.
