AOD5000 Series Universal Signal Input Multi-Channel Monitoring Instrument

The AOD thermal instrumentation patrol panel is a fundamental configuration of traditional panel-mounted thermal instruments. Its core functions include cyclic data acquisition from multiple measurement points—ranging from 8, 16, to 24 channels—and further support for alarm generation, signal transmission, and communication output. It is particularly well suited for measuring and monitoring auxiliary process parameters such as temperature and pressure, as well as multi-point parameters that change relatively slowly.

8-, 16-, and 24-channel models, with 2 built-in relays, 1 analog output, and 1 RS485 output;
Supports external connection of multiple communication relay digital output expansion modules;
RL-1/2/3/4 alarm expansion box;
Each expansion module has a maximum capacity of 16 relays and is used in conjunction with the AOD.

Function of the inspection instrument:
It is capable of performing cyclical monitoring of multiple thermotechnical measurement points, such as sequentially acquiring data from multiple temperature, pressure, and other measurement points in industrial production. The instrument can simultaneously monitor multiple signal channels, enabling timely detection of abnormal parameter variations at each measurement point. In addition, the巡检仪 can perform preliminary data processing, including display and alarm functions.
