I. Measurement Principle
This is a sensor that determines distance by using a transducer to emit ultrasonic signals and then measuring the time difference between the emitted signal and the reflected echo. Depending on the operating conditions, different materials and frequencies can be selected. As a non-contact measurement method, it places relatively modest requirements on the measured medium and boasts broad applicability. Additionally, the transducer incorporates Temperature sensor , enabling real-time correction of the speed of sound to ensure measurement accuracy across different temperatures.II. Main Features
Measurement parameters: level (water level, liquid level, material level), distance, and air temperature.
Optional: Industrial-grade explosion-proof model;
Structure: Municipal integrated plastic housing; industrial explosion-proof integrated aluminum housing.
Backlit full‑Chinese LCD display;
Three major display interfaces: level, distance, and waveform.
Includes a display interface for echo waveforms with multiple graphs;
Band: AUTEC allows independent parameter settings for longwave, mediumwave, and shortwave, enabling compatibility with a wide range of operating conditions.
The ultrasonic transmission energy can be adaptively adjusted based on the echo’s energy intensity.
Built-in artificial sound speed correction function;
Received the Water–Rock Instrument Inspection Report No. 20191019 from the Water–Rock Quality Supervision and Testing Center of the Ministry of Water Resources in Nanjing.
Has obtained multiple patents and software copyrights;
Obtained the Calibration/Testing Report from the East China Hydrological Instrument Testing Center;
Obtained the Explosion-Proof Certificate from the Nanyang Institute of Explosion-Proof Electrical Equipment.
Obtained SIL safety certification, NO.OP190411.FAFUC15;
Selected for the “National Water Conservancy System’s Key Procurement Catalog of Bidding Products”;
Obtained the “Type Approval Certificate for Measuring Instruments” (CPA) No. Minliangji 1266 from the Fujian Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.
