    Product Overview

    The AO920 ceramic capacitive pressure transmitter adopts a ceramic capacitive sensor, combined with high-precision electronic components, and is assembled through strict process. It adopts dry pressure measurement technology without intermediate fluid. Fully leveraging the technological advantages of ceramic sensors, the pressure transmitter has excellent technical performance. It has strong overload and impact resistance, high stability, and high measurement accuracy. The AO920 ceramic capacitive pressure transmitter has multiple models, ranges, process connection forms, and materials. It can be widely used in many industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and food, and can adapt to various occasions and media of industrial measurement. It is an ideal upgraded product for traditional pressure gauges and pressure transmitters, and an ideal pressure measuring instrument in the field of industrial automation.

     

    Working Principle  

    The pressure of the measured medium is directly applied to the ceramic diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a small displacement proportional to the pressure of the medium. Under normal working conditions, the displacement of the diaphragm is not greater than 0.025 millimeters. After the electronic circuit detects this displacement, it is converted into a standard industrial measurement signal corresponding to this pressure. During overpressure, the diaphragm is directly attached to a sturdy ceramic substrate. As the gap between the diaphragm and the substrate is only 0.1 millimeters, the displacement of the diaphragm during overload can only be 0.1 millimeters. Therefore, the structure ensures that the diaphragm will not undergo excessive deformation. Due to the use of high-performance industrial ceramics, the sensor has strong impact and overload resistance.

    • Temperature impact within the range of -10 ºC to+60 ºC: variation less than ± 0.10%/10 ºC (0.1 level)

    • Change less than ± 0.15%/10 ºC (0.2 level)-30 ºC~-10 ºC, 60 ºC~+85 ºC: variation less than ± 0.15%/10 ºC (0.1 level)

    • Change less than ± 0.20%/10 ºC (0.2 level)

    • When the vibration frequency is 20-200Hz in any direction, the variation is less than ± 0.02% BFSL

    • The impact affects any direction with a 100G impact for 11ms, and the change is less than ± 0.02% FS

    • As long as the terminal voltage of the input transmitter is higher than 12V, there will be no load impact.

    • Location affects installation position but does not affect zero point
