    Product Description

    The product uses the Karman vortex street principle for measurement. When fluid passes through a throttling element (such as a triangular metal plate in the vortex), vortices form alternately downstream. The number of vortices is directly proportional to the fluids velocity. Sensors detect the pressure changes caused by these vortices, generating electrical pulses that provide the velocity data. 

     

    Main Features

    • Good versatility, can measure the flow rate of liquid and gas;

    • The structure of the body and vortex generator is made of stainless steel with a long service life;

    • Flow parameters are not affected by measured pressure, temperature, density, viscosity and its components;

    • High accuracy, good repeatability;

    • Wide measurement range, up to 1:15;

    • Less pressure loss, low operating cost, more energy saving;

    • The output signal is linear with the flow, and pulse and standard current can be selected;

    • The sensor of double piezoelectric crystal is more durable;

    • The filter technology dedicated to vortex street can effectively remove the interference caused by pressure fluctuation and pipeline vibration;

    • Stable backlight display, make reading the meter easier;

    • Acquisition: CCRI17.1324 Explosion-proof certificate CMA;
