◆ Fundamental Principles
The product is primarily used for receiving control signals and converting them into operational commands for actuators. The operator can be manually operated or automatically receive signals from control systems(DCS, PLC, other regulating instruments, etc.) for operation. For example, when adjusting valve opening, the operator adjusts the valve position based on the given signal to control parameters such as flow rate and pressure. It serves as a bridge connecting the control system and actuators, ensuring accurate parameter control in industrial production processes, guaranteeing stable operation and product quality.
◆ Relevant instructions
▶Intelligent operator:
Without backup function (as explained below), it does not receive other (regulation signals issued by the main controller) and controls the actuator through its own buttons.
▶ Backup operator:
It is a device or equipment that can replace the main operating equipment to perform relevant operational control functions when the primary operating equipment or system experiences failures, abnormalities, or requires maintenance and inspection. For instance, in industrial automation control systems, if the main controller fails, the backup operator can temporarily take over the regulation and controlof certain critical parameters (such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.) in the production process to ensure continuity and safety of production, thereby avoiding system-wide shutdowns caused by main equipment failures. In some complex electrical, mechanical, and other systems, the backup operator serves as a "backup" to ensure stable system operation.
▶ Servo output:
The servo mechanism can precisely adjust parameters such as position and speed of the controlled object based on control signals. This output gives regulating instruments an advantage in applications requiring high-precision control, ensuring stable and accurate system operation. Typically,actuators powered by servo motors, such as electric valves, are employed.
