    1、 Overview

     

    During the combustion process in the furnace, when the excess air coefficient is too small, that is, when the oxygen content is insufficient, the thermal efficiency decreases and black smoke is emitted due to increased losses caused by incomplete combustion; When the oxygen content is too high, and due to the large exhaust loss, the amount of SO2 and NOX increases, it will also lead to low thermal efficiency and environmental pollution. Therefore, only by utilizing the characteristics of this series of oxygen Analyzers that can automatically monitor the oxygen content in various furnace flue gases continuously, can we control and optimize the air/fuel ratio, achieve economic combustion, and achieve thermal efficiency and reduce environmental pollution. The AO-100P oxygen analyzer not only provides useful parameters for operators to adjust the air/fuel ratio, but also realizes the automation of thermal control, achieving the goal of energy conservation and production increase.

     

    The core component of the oxygen analyzer, the oxygen sensor, is made of stable zirconia material with a melting point above 2200 ℃. It has good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Zirconia flue gas oxygen analyzer can adapt to high temperature, large dust, and corrosive environments, which cannot be compared with other methods. It is a preferred instrument widely used in various countries in recent decades.

     

    1. Detector

     

    In this system, the detector is an important working component that directly affects the performance and lifespan of the entire system. Among them, the zirconium tube component is the main working device, which is the key to converting changes in oxygen concentration into electrical signal changes. Road area water meter brings you professional service,the principle of oxygen measurement is as follows: Zirconia tube is a stable zirconia formed by adding yttrium oxide or calcium oxide to pure zirconia and firing it at high temperature. It is a solid electrolyte and is generally made into a tube shape. It is a good conductor of oxygen ions under high temperature conditions above 600 ℃. If platinum electrodes are coated on both sides of zirconia, and the zirconia tube is heated by an electric furnace to expose its inner and outer walls to gases with different oxygen concentrations, the zirconia tube becomes an oxygen concentration cell. The following reaction will occur on the two platinum electrodes:

     

    On the air side (reference side) electrode: O2+4e → 2O2-

     

    On the low oxygen edge (measured edge) electrode: 2O2- → O2+4e

     

     

    Road area water meter brings you professional service,that is, one oxygen molecule in the air takes four electrons from the electrode and becomes two oxygen ions. Under the drive of oxygen concentration potential, oxygen ions migrate to the low oxygen edge electrode through zirconia, leaving four electrons for the electrode to recombine into oxygen molecules. When the battery is in equilibrium, the potential value E between the two electrodes remains constant. Its potential value E conforms to the Nernst equation:

    R - gas constant T - temperature

     

    F - Faraday constant Px - percentage of oxygen concentration in the measured gas

     

    Pa - percentage of oxygen concentration in the reference gas, generally 20.60%

    In this way, if the oxygen cell is heated to a specified temperature, the potential generated by the flow of the measured gas and the reference gas on both sides of the zirconium tube is related to their concentrations. If the concentration of the reference gas is known, it is easy to determine the oxygen concentration of the measured gas. The detector utilizes this principle to provide the conditions for the normal operation of the zirconium tube to achieve practical purposes.

     

    2. Transmitter

     

    The function of the oxygen transmitter is to convert the oxygen potential signal and temperature signal of the detector into oxygen content according to the Nernst formula, and to control the working temperature of the zirconium tube. It can be summarized as functions such as temperature measurement, temperature control, oxygen conversion, and output. To adapt to different application scenarios, its appearance can be divided into three forms: disc horizontal meter, disc vertical meter, and wall mounted meter for easy selection. Different types of transmitters are functionally consistent.

     

    2、 Comprehensive technical parameters

     

    1. Measurement range: 0-5% O2Vol; 0~10%O2Vol; 0~20.60%O2Vol; 0~25%O2Vol。

     

    2. Output signal: 4-20mA (load resistance ≤ 400 Ω, isolated type).

     

    3. Probe length: 180mm, 400mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, special lengths can be customized.

     

    4. Repeatability: less than ± 0.5% of full scale (full scale).

     

    5. Accuracy: less than ± 2% of full scale (full scale).

     

    6. Stability: less than ± 1% of full scale (full scale, 24 hours).

     

    7. Response time: Within 5 seconds from the introduction of standard gas, reach a response of 90% oxygen content.

    10. Power consumption: less than 100W.

    Technical parameters are subject to change without prior notice. The temperature of the detector probe exceeding 1250 ℃ may result in a shortened lifespan of the probe.

     

    3、 Product Features

     

    1. Direct insertion type: The contact part between the oxygen probe and the flue gas is made of a new type of high-temperature alloy steel, and the oxygen probe can be directly inserted into the furnace for use below 900 ℃.

     

    2. Digital design: All calibrations can be completed through buttons, without the need to adjust any components.

     

    3. Intelligent design: The instrument adopts a 16 bit high-performance, high-speed, and highly integrated microprocessor, which has a processing speed 16 times faster than the 51 series microprocessor at the same oscillation frequency; The temperature control adopts fuzzy intelligent control algorithm, which can fully control the temperature and avoid the phenomenon of oxygen sensor breakage due to large temperature fluctuations, greatly improving the service life of oxygen sensors.

     

    4. More user-friendly design: A more user-friendly human-computer interaction method is excellent in the industry. Adopting an LCD display and a more user-friendly interface, whether it is temperature calibration, current output calibration, air calibration, or standard gas calibration, they can all be achieved through simple button operations without the need to touch any components, greatly facilitating user use. These features are incomparable to other similar products at home and abroad.

     

    5. High integration: Industrial grade high-performance and highly integrated components are used to enhance the performance of the instrument, achieving almost zero drift in signal acquisition and output. The instrument is also suitable for a wider temperature range.
