    • AOSL77 Split Ultrasonic Level Meter
    Measurement Principle
    The product utilizes a transducer to emit ultrasonic signals and then determines the distance by meas
    uring the time difference of the reflected sound waves from the reflective surface. Depending on different
    working conditions, materials and operating frequencies can be selected accordingly. This is a non-contact
    measurement method, which imposes relatively low requirements on the measured medium, making it wi
    dely applicable. Additionally, a temperature sensor embedded within the transducer enables real-time corr
    ection of sound velocity to ensure measurement accuracy across varying temperatures.

    Note1For a measuring range of 1.5 meters, PVDF material is usually selected; for 5m, 10m, 20m, and 30m, ABS is usually chosen; and for 50m, POM is the common option.
    Note2For a measuring range of 1.5 meters, M48X2 process connection is typically adopted; for 5m and 10m, G2A is commonly used; for 20m and 30m, M78X2 is the usual choice; and for 50m, M108X2 is often selected.
    Note3The standard material for the flange is PVC, and other materials shall be specified in the remarks separately.
    Note4The size of the additionally equipped flange shall be larger than the mounting thread of the transducer
    Note5The standard cable length of the transducer is 10 meters. If other lengths are required, they shall be specified in the remarks when placing an order. On-site extension by oneself is not allowed.
    Note6When extending the cable length, please select the transducer with the corresponding measuring range with reference to Table 1*.
