    • AOUL40 Guided Wave Radar Level Transmitter
    Measurement principle
    The high-frequency microwave pulses emitted by the product propagate along the detection component (steel cable or steel rod). Upon encountering the measured medium, reflection occurs due to the abrupt change in dielectric constant. A portion of the pulse energy is received by the host, and the material level of the medium can be calculated based on the transmission and reception time difference.

    Can measure and connect the levels of liquids, powders, granules, and
    liquid materials;
    Detection elements: cable type, rod type, coaxial rod type, etc.;
    The measurement is unaffected by liquid density, loose solid material procedures, temperature, dust, and other factors;
    Foam on the liquid surface does not affect the measurement;
    The coaxial rod-type probe is not affected by the internal structure of the tank or the installation spool piece;
    The probe rod and probe cable can be replaced;
    High measurement accuracy;
    Process connection: thread, flange;
    Probe rod material: stainless steel, PTFE-lined;
    Explosion-proof: Intrinsically safe.
     
    Application Scenarios
      Contact-type guided wave radar level gauges have extensive applications in the field of liquid and solid level measurement, demonstrating significant advantages particularly in tank level measurement. In various small-range tank level measurement scenarios, this equipment exhibits outstanding stability and reliability.
      For instance, in the case of small-capacity storage tanks where the liquid level is relatively low and high measurement accuracy is required, the contact-type guided wave radar level gauge can precisely measure the liquid level while ensuring stability and reliability. Beyond small-capacity storage tanks, the contact-type guided wave radar level gauge is also applicable for measuring liquid levels of media that are flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, and so on.
