scope of application
Standard nozzles have the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure, impact resistance, long service life, large measurement range, and high measurement accuracy. Suitable for measuring high-temperature and high-pressure steam flow in power plants, heating network pipelines, high flow rates, and fluid and flow rates. There are two specific types:
ISA1932 nozzle (standard nozzle) and long diameter nozzle.

When the pressure standard nozzle with corner joint is used above the Reynolds number listed in the table above, the change in flow coefficient caused by flow rate variation shall not exceed 0.5% compared to the actual value.

The combined distance pressure measuring long diameter nozzle flow device is a differential pressure generating device for measuring flow. With various differential pressure transmitters, it can measure various fluid flow rates in circular pipes, especially suitable for measuring high-temperature and high-pressure liquids filled in circular pipes.

·This device is suitable for measuring high-temperature and high-pressure liquids filled with circular tubes (especially used in the main steam pipeline of 6-360MW steam turbine generator units).
·Usage conditions: Inner diameter of pipeline: 50mm ≤ D ≤ 630mm, diameter ratio: 0.20 ≤ β ≤ 0.80
Reynolds number: 104 ≤ Red ≤ 107 Relative roughness: K/D ≤ 10 × 10-4
·This device cannot operate in reverse

·This device includes a measuring tube, nozzle, pressure tapping tube, support switch, pin, and nameplate.
·The total length of the measuring tube is 6D (front 4D, back 2D).
·The material for measuring the pressure connection of the measuring tube is 12Cr1Mov, and the material for the nozzle support ring is 1G18Ni9Ti. Special material ordering will be discussed in person.
·It is recommended to use high ratio long diameter pipes (our factory has always used high ratio). If using low ratio long diameter nozzles, it is recommended that β be greater than 0.32 because β is too small and the loss is too large (the transmitter range can be changed). If a low ratio long diameter nozzle with β less than 0.3125 must be used, the downstream pressure hole cannot exceed the nozzle outlet edge.
