    measuring principle

    The product uses ceramic substrates and diaphragms coated with metal as electrodes.The two ceramic

    components maintain a controllable gap,allowing the two metal electrodes to form a capacitor.By applying pressure, the gap between the substrate and the diaphragm changes,altering the capacitance.This change is then processed  by a circuit to generate a pressure-related signal output.This dry pressure measurement technology,which does not  use an intermediary liquid,fully leverages the technical advantages of ceramic sensors,such as their ability to

    withstand  overloads  and  shocks,excellent  stability,and  high  measurement  accuracy.

    main features

     The sensor is a "E+H"dry ceramic sensor with compensation;

     Excellent overvoltage performance,can reach 200 times of the range;

     Without intermediary liquid,the sensor can obtain good measurement accuracy and is less affected by temperature;

    ▶   Waterproof,dustproof,shockproof,explosion-proof    and  corrosion-resstant; Liquid   contact   material:membrane   (alumina   ceramic),connection:316L,seal:

    fluororubber;

     Explosion-proof:intrinsically safe(need to be used with input type safety barrier),explosion-proof;high    precision,good    stability;

    The seismic performance is good and there are no mechanical moving parts;

     It has PV reset function;

    The  menu  is  rich  and  can  set  various  parameters;

     Supports  HART  communication  protocol;

     Stable backlight display,make reading the meter easier;

    Shell     material:aluminum(conventional),stainless     steel;

    It is suitable for pressure and liquid level measurement in industrial sites.According to the temperature,pressure, corrosiveness,explosion-proof  requirements,safety  requirements,measurement  range  and  other  working  conditions   of each type of medium,various products are selected.
