    • AO920W ceramic capacitor type input level transmitter

    measuring principle

    The product uses ceramic substrates and diaphragms coated with metal as electrodes,maintaining a controllable gap between the two ceramic components to form a capacitor.By applying pressure,the gap between the substrate and    diaphragm changes,altering the capacitance.This change is then processed by a circuit to generate a pressure-

    related signal output.This dry pressure measurement technology,which does not use an intermediary liquid,fully leverages the technical advantages of ceramic sensors,such as their ability to withstand overloads and shocks,    excellent stability,and high measurement accuracy.

     

    main features

     The sensor is a "E+H"dry ceramic sensor with compensation;

       Excellent  overvoltage  performance,can  reach  200  times  of  the range;

    Without    intermediary     liquid,the    sensor     can    obtain     good measurement accuracy and is less affected by temperature;

    Waterproof,dustproof,shockproof,explosion-proof,corrosion- resistant;

    Liquid     contact      material:membrane(alumina      ceramic),connection: 316L,seal:fluororubber;

      Explosion-proof:intrinsically  safe  (need  to  be  used  with  input type safety  barrier),explosion-proof;high  precision,good  stability;

    The  seismic  performance  is  good  and  there  are  no  mechanical  moving parts;

    It has PV reset function;

    The   menu    is   rich   and    can   set    various   parameters;

     Supports HART communication protocol;

     Stable backlight display,make reading the meter easier;

    Shell    material:aluminum(conventional),stainless     steel;
