    • AO3051 monocrystalline silicon differential pressure/pressure transmitter

    measuring principle

     

    The product utilizes the piezoresistive effect of monocrystalline silicon  for  measurement.It  employs  a  fully  welded,integrated  oil- filled process,with monocrystalline silicon wafers serving as elastic elements   inside.Using integrated circuit   technology,a set of equivalent  resistors is diffused in specific   directions   on   the monocrystalline   silicon   membrane,forming   a   bridge  circuit.The monocrystalline  silicon  wafer  is  placed  inside the sensor cavity. When pressure changes occur,the monocrystalline silicon deforms,causing the strain resistor directly above  it  to  change proportionally with the measured pressure.The bridge circuit then generates the corresponding voltage output signal.In recent years, with     the     continuous      development      and     maturation      of  monocrystalline  silicon  sensor  technology  in  China,it  has  largely replaced the traditional capacitive sensors in this field.
