AOBS6000 weighing control instrument

The product converts the weight signal sensed by the load cell into an electrical signal. When subjected to external force, the strain gauge inside the load cell deforms, resulting in a change in resistance value. This resistance variation causes the bridge circuit to produce an unbalanced voltage output. The weak electrical signal is transmitted to the signal amplification circuit of the weighing instrument for amplification.

    ◆ Fundamental Principles

    The product converts the weight signal sensed by the load cell into an electrical signal. When subjected to external force, the strain gauge inside the load cell deforms, resulting in a change in resistance value. This resistance variation causes the bridge circuit to produce an unbalanced voltage output. The weak electrical signal is transmitted to the signal amplification circuit of the weighing instrument for amplification. Subsequently, through analog-to-digital conversion, the analog signal is converted into a digital signal. Finally, the microp rocessor performs calculations, processing, and display of the digital signal, presenting the object's weight information in an intuitive manner.
