1、 Overview and Working Principle
The series of products of the AOLU series intelligent full tube vortex flowmeter is a new generation flowmeter independently developed by our company. The instrument adopts advanced microcomputer technology and new micro power consumption technology, with strong functions, compact structure, simple operation, and convenient use.
This product is a new type of stress type vortex flow transmitter. The voltage pulse frequency signal output by the sensor is easy to use in conjunction with a computer and can output a 4-20mA standard signal.
It can be widely used in the measurement and control of water and gas supply pipelines in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, pharmaceutical, textile, tap water, and natural gas stations.
The vortex flow sensor/transmitter is installed on the pipeline, and the flow integrator or computer is installed in the control room and provides power to the vortex flow sensor/transmitter. The two are connected by shielded cables.
The circuit part of the split type vortex flowmeter is separated from the meter body. The circuit part is installed in a location with good environmental conditions and easy detection. The x and the body are connected with a dedicated cable of ≤ 10m at the factory.

2、 Structure and principle
This product is based on the principle of Karman vortex street. If a non streamlined object probe (such as a triangular cylinder) is vertically inserted into the liquid pipeline, when the flow velocity is high enough, vortices will alternately be generated downstream of the flow element. As the size of the vortices increases, they will leave the downstream of the flow element and flow away, forming two columns of vortices, namely vortex street (as shown in the figure on the right). This process is called vortex shedding. The frequency of vortex shedding is related to the flow velocity of the fluid and the width of the column. Within a certain flow velocity range, it is linearly related to the medium flow velocity, and this relationship is not affected by the density, viscosity, pressure, or temperature of the fluid. Due to the pressure pulsation generated by vortex separation on both sides of the cylinder, the probe body generates alternating stress, and the piezoelectric crystal elements embedded in the probe body are subjected to alternating stress, resulting in alternating charges. After transforming the alternating charge, the detection amplifier outputs a pulse signal with a frequency proportional to the medium flow rate, which is sent to the integrator (or the integrator unit of the smart meter) for processing and display or outputs a 4-20mA standard current signal.
3、 Characteristics

No movable parts, simple structure, high reliability.

6. The output signal is linearly related to the flow rate and includes pulse signals, analog signals, etc.
7. By using a new type of signal processing amplifier with dual piezoelectric crystals and unique filtering technology, the interference signals generated by pressure fluctuations and pipeline vibrations are effectively eliminated, greatly improving the anti-interference ability of the flowmeter.
