    Product Description

      The AO952 product utilizes an oil-filled isolation diaphragm to transmit pressure while simultaneously employing a high-precision, high-overload-capacity monocrystalline silicon sensor, ensuring the measuring element does not come into contact with the measured medium. It meets the requirements of the food, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries, with high-quality materials that comply with hygiene standards. The superior surface finish achieves a liquid-contact surface roughness of Ra=0.4μm (welded areas: Ra<0.8μm). 
    Through various aseptic connection measures, the process connection is designed based on hygienic requirements, featuring a fully welded stainless steel housing with a protection rating of IP67. The product can withstand process temperatures up to 200°C with the use of a heat sink assembly.

    The AO952 product uses an oil-filled isolation diaphragm to transmit pressure and simultaneously employs a high-precision, high-overload single-crystal silicon sensor, ensuring that the measuring element does not come into contact with the measured medium. It can meet the requirements of the food, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries, and the use of high-quality materials complies with hygiene standards. Thanks to high-quality surface processing, the roughness of the wetted parts can reach Ra=0.4μm (welded joints: Ra<0.8μm). With various aseptic connection measures, the process connections adhere to hygienic requirements. The fully welded stainless steel housing achieves a protection rating of IP67. The radiator component enables the product to adapt to process temperatures of 200°C.
