    Basic Principles

    The weight-based dropping controller primarily operates based on the principle of weight detection. It utilizes high-precision load cells to monitor the weight changes of the container in real time. During the dropping process, as liquid drips out of the container, its weight gradually decreases. The load cell converts these minute weight variations into electrical signals. These signals are transmitted to the controller, which processes the data according to preset dropping parameters such as dropping speed and target weight. When the weight feedback meets the set conditions—for example, when the dropping amount reaches the predetermined value—the controller will either stop the dropping device or adjust the dropping speed. This precise weight monitoring and control mechanism ensures the accuracy and stability of the dropping process, making it widely applicable in fields requiring high dropping precision, such as chemical experiments, pharmaceutical production, and chemical engineering. It effectively prevents issues of over-dropping or insufficient dropping.
