    Features

    1. Working power supply: 24VDC, 220VAC (optional supply voltage).
    2. Weight detection: The resolution is 16 bits, the input sensitivity is 0.2-1.0 μ V/d (according to the factory set gain), and the error is less than 0.01%.
    3. Instrument comprehensive error: less than 0.02%.
    4. Monitor: LCD display, resolution: 128 * 64, size: 29mm * 57mm, can display 32 Chinese characters and 64 characters.
    5. Analog input channel: 16 bit, 2CH, adjustable gain. CH1 can be directly connected to the load sensor, and the instrument provides a 10V/200mA power supply for the sensor; The CH2 input signal is a 0-20mA or 4-20mA current signal.
    A weighing sensor is a device that converts a mass signal into a measurable electrical signal output.
    According to the conversion method, it can be divided into 8 categories: photoelectric, hydraulic, electromagnetic, capacitive, magnetic pole transformation, vibration, gyroscope ritual, resistance strain, etc. Resistance strain is widely used.
    There are several styles of resistance strain gauges, including S-type, cantilever type, spoke type, plate ring type, membrane box type, bridge type, column tube type, etc.

    The difference between skinning and zeroing:
    Gross weight=tare weight+net weight
    Reset: Set installation complete
    Afterwards, the operation performed when the tank (platform, bucket) is empty is similar to the PV reset after our pressure transformation is completed. (Zero setting of equipment)
    Peeling: There are practical process requirements, and some production processes require obtaining gross and net weight values. Usually operated under tare weight conditions.
    The instrument will display both gross and net weight. (Zero setting of process)
