AO100P Zirconia Oxygen Content Online Analyzer

The core component of the oxygen analyzer, the oxygen sensor, is made of stable zirconia material with a melting point above 2200 ℃. It has good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Zirconia flue gas oxygen analyzer can adapt to high temperature, large dust, and corrosive environments, which cannot be compared with other methods. It is a preferred instrument widely used in various countries in recent decades.

    Measurement principle

     

    The product utilizes the oxygen concentration difference of zirconia to form a battery effect for measurement. Aft er heating to a certain temperature, when the measured gas and reference gas flow on both sides of the zirconia tub e respectively, an electric potential is generated that has a certain relationship with their concentration difference. By using the known reference concentration and the detected potential difference signal, the oxygen concentration of  the measured gas can be calculated.

    The main unit will measure the temperature of the zirconium tube inside the probe, heat it to the specified t emperature value, and calculate the oxygen content of the medium based on the mV signal from the sensor according to the Stern formula.

    Host: Wall-mounted, panel-mounted (160×80);

    The content of alkenes, hydrocarbons, and CO in the medium must not exceed 5%;

    Display: Full Chinese LCD with backlight;

    Physical buttons make operation more convenient;

    Full Chinese LCD display with backlight;
    Sensors: Conventional type, explosion-proof type, high-temperature type, extraction type;
    The dedicated temperature control curve can

    Applicable to: various types of boilers (fuel oil, gas,
    coal, fluidized bed pulverized coal, biomass); iron and
    steel metallurgy (annealing furnaces, hot blast
    furnaces, coke ovens, sintering furnaces); lime kilns
    (rotary, vertical), glass melting furnaces (flues);
    petroleum, petrochemical (heating furnaces, naphtha
    cracking furnaces); coal slurry furnaces, forging
    furnaces, drying furnaces, reaction furnaces, roasting
    furnaces, waste incineration furnaces.
