AOB5000 Series Intelligent Digital Display Control Transmitter

Thermal instrumentation panel-mounted display/adjustment (on-off)/transmission/strip-chart indicator is an instrument used in industrial processes to measure, display, and control thermal process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow. It is typically mounted on an instrument panel for convenient monitoring and operation by personnel.

AOC5000 Series Intelligent Multi-Channel High-Speed Data Acquirer

The AOC rack-mounted high-speed data acquisition unit can rapidly and accurately collect a wide range of thermotechnical parameters, including temperature, pressure, level, flow, and analytical signals. Its primary function is to acquire multiple data channels in real time and convert them into corresponding physical quantity values. The unit can then transmit the acquired data via RS485 or wireless communication to host devices such as PLCs, DCS systems, and other control systems, thereby enabling cost-effective data acquisition.

AOD5000 Series Universal Signal Input Multi-Channel Monitoring Instrument

The AOD thermal instrumentation patrol panel is a fundamental configuration of traditional panel-mounted thermal instruments. Its core functions include cyclic data acquisition from multiple measurement points—ranging from 8, 16, to 24 channels—and further support for alarm generation, signal transmission, and communication output. It is particularly well suited for measuring and monitoring auxiliary process parameters such as temperature and pressure, as well as multi-point parameters that change relatively slowly.

AOUL52‑A Integrated Radar and Hydrostatic Composite Water Level Meter

The product employs a dual-mode measurement approach combining radar and hydrostatic pressure sensing. At medium to low water levels, non-contact radar ranging is used, which adapts well to varying water quality, suspended solids, and floating debris. At high water levels, the system automatically switches to a high-mounted hydrostatic pressure sensor that measures water level based on pressure, thereby overcoming the radar blind zone inherent in high-level measurements. This composite sensor configuration simultaneously addresses the radar blind zone, the susceptibility of hydrostatic sensors to clogging, and the influence of atmospheric pressure on measurement accuracy. Moreover, the two sensor systems can perform mutual calibration, enhancing measurement stability—making this solution particularly well-suited for urban manhole monitoring applications.

AOPW Utility Tunnel Water Accumulation Monitoring System (Sensor)

The product employs a combined sensing approach using a hydrostatic pressure sensor and a conductivity sensor to monitor water levels. The hydrostatic pressure sensor is primarily used to detect the height of standing water, while the conductivity sensor measures the electrical conductivity of the water and determines whether the area is “submerged,” thereby maintaining equilibrium with atmospheric pressure. This sensor is self-powered by a built-in battery, offering long-duration operation, and incorporates a wireless transmission module that enables real-time data upload, meeting the requirements for remote monitoring.

AOWPH+485 Digital pH Sensor

PH products employ industrial pH electrodes as sensors. The probe consists of a solid electrolyte and a large‑area polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) liquid junction, offering resistance to clogging and ease of maintenance. The electrode used for pH measurement is also referred to as a primary cell, in which chemical energy is converted into electrical energy, generating an electromotive force (EMF). The EMF arises from two half‑cells: one is the measuring half‑cell, whose potential depends on the activity of a specific ion; the other is the reference half‑cell, commonly called the reference electrode, which is typically in contact with the medium being measured and connected to the measuring instrument.
