Fujian Aotai ADV-C Cable-type Ultrasonic Doppler Electronic flowmeter: A domestic precise solution for hydrological flow measurement
2025-11-14
The ADV-C cable-type ultrasonic Doppler electronic flowmeter developed by Fujian Aotai Automation is a domestic high-precision device in the field of hydrological flow measurement. In terms of power supply, the built-in rechargeable battery can last for 8 to 9 hours on a full charge, and with wireless charging that takes 3 to 4 hours to fully charge, it is suitable for long-term field monitoring. Data transmission adopts digital radio wave technology, with no precision loss. Flow rate and water level data are output in real time via wireless high frequency (HF). The receiver is available in both handheld and wall-mounted forms and supports 4G remote transmission management.
The equipment is based on the principle of ultrasonic Doppler. The transducer emits ultrasonic waves, and the flow rate is sensed by the reflected signal of suspended objects. It is equipped with a built-in static pressure sensor to measure the water level. The sensor is fixed at the front end of the lead fish and is suitable for existing monitoring scenarios. Compared with traditional mechanical flowmeters, it has no mechanical components, requires no maintenance, is easy to operate and has a sensitive response. It can accurately measure a flow rate of ≥0.006m/s, filling the gap in accuracy for low-flow scenarios.
The entire product is equipped with IP68 waterproof potting and a stainless steel casing, making it resistant to complex hydrological environments. It has been effectively applied in a hydrological station in Guangdong. In the future, Aotai will continue to innovate, facilitate the localization of hydrological flow measurement equipment, and provide more efficient and reliable solutions.
