##1、 Low power consumption and power management: a dual breakthrough in energy conservation and stability

In low-power circuit design, the team optimized the chip power supply strategy through dynamic power management (DPM) technology. The engineer shared practical experience of using ARM Cortex-M series low-power cores with LDO regulators in an industrial automation project, combined with sleep mode wake-up circuits, to reduce device standby power consumption to below 10 μ A. At the same time, the power management circuit design team has overcome the technical difficulties of wide voltage input and efficient conversion. By optimizing the DC-DC converter topology, the efficiency of the power module has been improved to over 95%, meeting the demand for uninterrupted operation of industrial equipment 24/7.

##2、 Wireless Communication: Technological Upgrades in Connection and Transmission

The wireless communication circuit design team has conducted in-depth discussions on the adaptation solutions of LoRa, NB IoT, and 5G communication modules to meet the high reliability requirements of industrial scenarios. An experienced engineer demonstrated the design technique of extending the signal transmission distance to 15 kilometers with an error rate of less than 0.1% by optimizing the spreading factor and transmission power of the LoRa module in a port automation project. At the same time, the team also explored the application of Bluetooth Mesh network in device cluster control and shared practical experience in anti-interference antenna layout and protocol stack optimization.

##3、 Sensor Circuit: Accurate Collaboration between Perception and Drive

### 1. Drive circuit: balancing high efficiency and compatibility
The R&D department has established a standardized design process for driving various sensor circuits. For analog sensors such as pressure and displacement, engineers shared the design method of using a constant current source drive and signal conditioning circuit to effectively control temperature drift and noise interference. For digital sensors, emphasis is placed on optimizing the timing matching of SPI/I ² C interfaces to ensure the stability of multi-sensor synchronous operation.

### 2. Acquisition circuit: accuracy and real-time guarantee

The design of the acquisition circuit revolves around high-precision ADC selection and signal filtering algorithms. The team demonstrated a technical solution for improving the signal resolution to 0.01mV in vibration monitoring equipment by using a 24 bit ADC combined with FIR digital filtering. At the same time, in response to the demand for dynamic data acquisition, FPGA is used to implement multi-channel parallel sampling with a sampling frequency of up to 100kHz, meeting the real-time requirements of industrial equipment fault warning.

##4、 Technology Inheritance: Accumulation from Experience to System

In each technical exchange, senior employees will combine specific cases to systematically teach key techniques such as "sleep and wake-up strategy" in low-power design and "antenna isolation optimization" in wireless circuits. New employees can quickly master core technologies by participating in specialized projects such as "power ripple control" and "sensor zero drift calibration". The department has also established a standardized design library, incorporating mature circuit modules and component selection schemes into a shared platform to accelerate research and development iterations.
