1、 Training objectives
Through systematic training, R&D department employees are able to master various safety regulations for outdoor operations, strengthen their awareness of safety risk prevention, reduce the incidence of work accidents, and ensure the safety of personnel and the integrity of equipment.
2、 Training target
All employees of the R&D department, including technical R&D, on-site debugging, equipment inspection and other personnel involved in outdoor operations

3、 Training Content
(1) Preparation before departure
1. Equipment and tool inspection: Focus on checking the performance and safety of debugging instruments, testing equipment, and special tools, such as whether the insulation layer of the multimeter is damaged and whether the structure of the climbing ladder is stable.
2. * * Protective Equipment Equipping * *: Equip according to the work scenario, such as insulated clothing and gloves for live work, dust masks for dusty environments, and safety belts and fall arresters for high-altitude operations.
3. * * Environmental assessment and contingency plan * *: Utilize weather apps, topographic maps, and other tools to proactively understand the geological hazard risks and severe weather warnings in the work area, and develop evacuation routes and emergency contact lists.
(2) Standardization in homework
1. * * Operation process execution * *: It is strictly prohibited to plug and unplug automation equipment circuits with power on. Before debugging the program, two people need to double check the parameter settings. For dangerous operations, a work permit form must be filled out.
2. * * Special Scene Protection * *:
-High altitude operations: Set up safety nets, use non slip shoes, and prohibit throwing tools.
-* * Enclosed space * *: First, ventilate and detect the concentration of oxygen and harmful gases, and equip gas detectors and ventilation equipment.
-* * Cross operation * *: Set up isolation areas, coordinate operation time, and clarify command personnel.
3. * * Teamwork and Communication * *: Establish a three-level communication mechanism of "safety officer responsible person member" at the work site, and use walkie talkies to maintain real-time contact.

(3) Traffic and Communication Safety
1. * * Traffic Safety * *: Self driving operations require prior inspection of the vehicle's condition and planning of optimal routes; Long distance travel should avoid rushing at night and keep equipment and information safe when taking public transportation.
2. * * Emergency Communication * *: Carry a backup power source to ensure that communication devices such as mobile phones and satellite phones have sufficient battery power; Memorize the company's emergency rescue phone number and local emergency phone number.
4、 Training format
Adopting a combination of theoretical explanation, case analysis, and practical exercises, the training effect is strengthened by playing accident videos, simulating high-altitude protective clothing, and conducting emergency evacuation drills.

5、 Assessment and Evaluation
After the training, a written test and practical assessment will be conducted. Only those who score 80 points or above in the written test and meet the practical requirements can take up their positions; Regularly organize safety knowledge competitions and skill contests to consolidate training achievements.
